6 Authentic Secret Life Rules You Should Stop Ignoring Right Now

Do you want to run away from your past?
What others think about you is your prior concern?
How your friends are getting success in spite of putting the same effort?

Success Recepies decided to find out the secret key factors that will make you successful in life the way you deserved.

We had picked up the top 6 relevent questions to our topic asked by the Success Recepies followers.

Here are the 6 Authentic Secret Life Rules Tou Should Stop Ignoring Right Now:

1. How to forget a really very bad experience?

As soon as you don't make peace with your past, it will keep screwing up your present.

Accept it. Analyze the reason behind it. Work on it. Congratulations, you had leveled up :)

2. What can heal my wounds?

Tough times give us the wounds, that sometimes seems incurable at that moment. Instead of worsening it, give it time to heal.

Remember, time is the best healer.

3. Is there any cheat code to happiness?

Your willpower is so strong that, once you decided to be happy right now-no external force has the power to make you unhappy.

Decide first & then stick to it.

4. Why others are achieving more than me?

Each and every human belongs from the different time zone.

Comparing with other's achievements will not only take away your productive time but most importantly damages your internal peace.

5. What others think about me, makes me very nervous! Help.

What others think about you, is none of your business. My question is why you give a damn about it?

Love what you do and respect your elders.

6. How to stop worrying during the crucial periods?

I am telling you to worry, as much as you can. But after seeing this:

Actually, there is no possibility of a change in the outcomes you can control through worrying.

No need to worry. Chill and have fun.

Pro Tip: Smile. After all, you don't have all the problems present in the world :)

Conclusion

I am quite sure that you are well aware of this 6 rules of life but as those are very common, you ignore them easily.
In case if you were not able to relate to the points here are the pointwise explanation about the statements I made earlier.
  1. Past is always very important. Sometimes it gives you the beautiful memories of achieving something big or spending time with your loved ones and sometimes it gives you the lesson for the mistakes you made earlier.

Just like you will not laugh at the same joke, then why being so sad for a single reason.

More than this, if you don't accept your past, it will keep coming in your mind and you will keep trying to ignore it. What happens is you are recapitulating the same thing. Means wasting more time with it and ruining your present.

"Do not dwell in the past, do not dream in the future. Concentrate the mind in present moment."

    -Budha

It's a smart advice, accept the mistakes. Try to learn from the mistakes you made.

  2. Failure in relationship, career or losing someone very close can create a huge impact on our mental health. Sometimes, the duration is so long that it becomes unbearable.

Just like before every dawn, there is a dark night- the same way if you can keep patience for the time to overcome, at the end of the day you will find a better version of yourself for sure.
  3. Outside world is completely unstable. We try our best to bring stability in our life in order to find peace.

The busy corporate life doesn't give us the chance to do such. That's where the willpower does the trick.

Commit to yourself to stay happy and run the day, not being run by the day. Then see the difference.
  4. Comparing with someone else actually means to disrespect them as well as yourself.

This is a mental disease which can grow rapidly. Meditation can help you to detach yourself from the materialistic mindset and gain your focus.

Accept that, everyone has their own timeline to live.
  5. Human lives in average are 65-70years. Do you think you have enough time to waste on what the random people think about you?

Live your life to the fullest and respect your elders. That's the onliest think you need to care about.

  6. As you saw in the example, there is no meaning of worrying about the things you cannot control.

Then why wasting time and damaging your mental health?

Spend time with your family, best friend loved ones to avoid worrying.
